Horse Comfort Project with the Kansas Horse Council

Many horse owners notice changes in movement, behavior, willingness, or performance but aren't always sure what their horse may be trying to communicate.

I created the Horse Comfort Project to help horse owners learn more about the role comfort plays in their horse's overall well-being. Through gentle, horse-led Masterson Method® bodywork, we'll explore areas of tension and restriction that may be influencing movement, flexibility, relaxation, and partnership.

As part of my partnership with the Kansas Horse Council, each month I will select one Kansas Horse Council member's horse to receive a complimentary Comfort Assessment and Masterson Method® Bodywork Session.

Whether you're noticing changes in comfort, behavior, movement, or performance or simply want to learn more about what your horse may be communicating through their body, I encourage you to apply.

Complete the application below to have your horse considered for an upcoming session.

During the session, we'll:

  • Discuss your horse's history and any concerns you may have

  • Observe movement and posture

  • Explore potential areas of tension and compensation

  • Perform a full Masterson Method® bodywork session

  • Review observations and answer your questions

Whether your horse is a trail companion, ranch horse, lesson horse, performance horse, or beloved pasture partner, my goal is to help you recognize signs of tension, improve awareness and share a gentle, horse-led approach to bodywork that supports movement, relaxation, and performance.

Because how your horse feels matters.
